Mentorship & Mentees Committee

The objective of this programme is to provide continuous academic, career and personal guidance to students by establishing a structured mentor – mentee system.

The objective of the Mentorship Programme are:

• To support students in their academic and career growth.
• To foster a stronger connection between students and faculty.
• To enhance overall student well-being trough regular engagement.

Key Guidelines:

1. Each teaching faculty member should be allotted a group of students.
2. Mentors should meet their mentees at regular intervals ( monthly or as deemed appropriate)
3. Institutes should maintain records of mentor – mentee meetings and submit periodic reports to the society.
4. A Mentorship Programme Coordinator or Committee must be appointed at the institute level to oversee implementation and communication.
